Instructions on Online Feedback Channels for International Students

为方便银河集团留学生及时反馈在学习、生活等各方面遇到的问题以及提出宝贵意见和建议，学校特设立了多种线上反馈渠道，具体如下：

一、留学生管理办公室公共邮箱反馈

留学生可通过向留学生管理办公室公共邮箱（qggjxy@163.com）发送邮件的方式进行反馈。

Email Address

International students can send emails to the public email address of the International College Office (qggjxy@163.com) for feedback.

二、微信公众号留言反馈

学校设有官方微信公众号“银河集团官网”，同学们可通过关注该公众号后在后台留言进行意见反馈。

WeChat Official Account Information

The International College Office of the school has an official WeChat public account "qzqgxy". Students can follow this public account and leave messages in the background for feedback.

三、电话反馈

学校设立了专门的留学生意见反馈电话热线：0595-36207218，同学们可在工作时间内拨打该电话进行意见反馈。工作时间：周一至周五，上午8:00至11:30，下午14:30至18:00。

Feedback Telephone Number

The school has set up a dedicated telephone hotline for international students to provide feedback: 0595-36207218. Students can call this number during working hours to provide feedback. Working Hours: From Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
